Our Story
We met through a shared love of exploration—of new places, new ideas, and deeper versions of ourselves. Over time, our relationship has been shaped not just by joyful moments, but by the full spectrum of experience.
From a fairytale proposal (complete with a hand-carved wooden puzzle book inspired by our love of discovery) to a honeymoon in Son Doong Cave, the world’s largest cave, we’ve always embraced awe-inspiring experiences. But some of our most defining moments have come in the quiet struggle—like our five-year IVF journey—that did not result in children. That journey tested our resilience, and reminded us that growth often hides in life’s most challenging chapters.
As entrepreneurs, we’ve each built businesses rooted in the belief that people—and the cultures that support them—matter most. Our work is informed by fields like behavioral science and positive psychology, which teach us that meaning, well-being, and human potential are not just ideals, but outcomes we can intentionally design for. Whether in our companies or our relationship, we’ve learned that thriving isn’t just about seeking happiness—it’s about building the strength to navigate all of life’s experiences with curiosity, compassion, and courage.

Die With Zero: Experiences Over Wealth
Our vision for this travel community was inspired by the book Die With Zero. The core idea: maximize positive life experiences while you have the time, health, and energy to enjoy them. If you focus only on accumulating wealth, you risk missing out on the experiences that make life truly rich. We want to plan the next decade of adventures—those experiences that are only possible at this stage of life—and do it surrounded by friends and friends of friends.
